We engrave wood, bamboo, MDF, acrylic, glass, slate, leather, coated metals and some anodised aluminium. Not every material is suitable — a compatibility check is required before we can accept certain substrates. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific material in mind.
Yes. We can engrave photo-realistic images onto wood, slate, acrylic and other suitable materials. For the best result, provide a high-contrast, high-resolution photograph (300 dpi or above). We'll advise on material choice and suitability before confirming your order.
We can engrave names, dates, messages, quotes, initials, monograms and logos. We can also work from illustrations or photographs on suitable materials. Tell us what you'd like and we'll confirm what's achievable on your chosen product.
We have a wide range of fonts available. If you have a specific font you'd like, mention it when you order. If you can supply the font file or your artwork set in the font, that's even better. Contact us to discuss before placing your order.
Each item is made to order in our workshop using laser cutting and engraving equipment. Every piece is personalised individually — no two items are identical. We do not sell mass-produced stock items.
Laser engraving marks the surface of a material by removing a layer to a set depth. Laser cutting cuts the material all the way through to produce a shape. Many of our products use a combination of both — for example, a wooden plaque that is laser-cut to shape and then laser-engraved with your personalisation.
Yes — the engraved mark is permanent and will not fade over time. Wooden items should be kept away from excessive moisture and direct sunlight, which can affect the wood over time. We'll include any relevant care instructions with your order.
Wooden, MDF and leather items should always be hand-washed only — dishwashers will damage them. Slate items should also be hand-washed. Acrylic and glass items can be carefully hand-washed but are not recommended for dishwashers. Always hand-wash unless we've specifically advised otherwise for a particular product.

Yes. Supply your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG) or a high-resolution PNG. For engraving, a single-colour version of your logo usually works best. We'll advise on any adjustments needed before production.
