Wood types and finishes
We work with natural wood, bamboo and MDF depending on the product. Each material gives a slightly different engraved look — natural wood has grain variation that makes every piece unique, while MDF gives a consistent smooth surface. We'll advise on the best choice for your order.
Personalisation
Tell us what you'd like on the item — name, date, message, quote, logo or a combination. For photo engravings, provide a high-resolution, high-contrast photograph. We'll confirm what's achievable before proceeding.
Care
Wooden items should be kept away from direct moisture and excessive sunlight. Clean with a soft, dry or very slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or put in a dishwasher.
