Laser engraving is the foundation of everything we do at Laser & Craft. Using a focused laser beam, we permanently mark materials with precise, detailed designs — producing gifts and branded items that last a lifetime.

How it works

The laser removes a thin layer from the surface of the material, creating a contrast that reveals the design. On wood, this produces a warm, darker burn mark. On acrylic, a frosted etched effect. On glass, a fine matt surface. On slate, a light grey impression against the dark background. The result in each case is clean, precise and permanent.

Materials we engrave

• Glass — elegant etched finish; suits bottles, frames and award items

• Leather — subtle, premium marking; used for keyrings, wallets and notebooks
• Coated metals & anodised aluminium — sharp, durable marks on tags and accessories

Not every material is compatible with our process. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific material or customer-supplied item in mind — a compatibility assessment is required.

What we can engrave

Text (names, dates, messages, quotes), logos, monograms, illustrations, and photo-realistic images on suitable materials. For photographic engraving, provide a high-contrast, high-resolution image and we'll advise on material and expected result.
